Creative Users

To be marked as a creative professional, you are required to ‘List an Offering,’ such as a service or product. If you have no service or product to offer, you can create a profile listing, with a clear title and no price included.
> Creative professionals use the platform for various purposes, including listing offerings and finding opportunities.
Service Listing
Once signed in and your profile details are complete, navigate to the ‘List an Offering’ section in your user account menu to list your services or products. After submitting your listing, please allow up to 2 days for review and approval. Once approved, your listings will be auto added to the ‘Listings’ page.
Clients and general users can:
- View and purchase your services or products.
- Directly reach out to you for potential work via the ‘Send a Request’ button on your profile.
Whenever any work is completed and delivered (either digitally or physically) to clients/general users please click the ‘Deliver’ button in your account dashboard. The customer/client must also mark the work as ‘Complete’ on their end. This will enable our system to process payments when you request a payout. If necessary, you may need to remind the client/general user to mark the work as ‘Complete’.
Product Listing
The process for listing a product is the same as for listing a service. Simply fill out the required fields to provide sufficient details about your product. You can include any additional information in the description field if needed.
While the platform is primarily used for listing services, we highly recommend the following when listing products:
- Upload multiple images of your product
- Ensure the product is your own creation, either designed by you or made with your involvement.
- Ensure that the product is safe and suitable for its intended use.

Physical Artistic Products
- Examples:
- Paintings
- Photographs
- Sculptures
- Physical Design Products
- Examples:
- Decorative items
- Ceramic pieces
- Handcrafted workshop products
Additional Information: In some cases, we may request supporting evidence to confirm that you are the creator or designer of the product.
Types of Products You Can Cannot List ❎ (but not limited to):
- Edible and drinkable products
- Products that are not your own creation or those you were not involved in the making process.
- Any illegal products
General Opportunities and Job Search
Creatives who prefer not to list any offerings can use the platform to explore general ‘External Opportunities.’ Please visit the ‘External Opportunities’ page.
