> Customers and clients use the platform in various ways:
- Posting and Sharing Opportunities
Once signed in, use the ‘Post an Opportunity’ submenu and fill out the details for the opportunity. After submission, it can take up to 2 days for us to review and approve the post. Once approved, the opportunity will be auto-posted to the opportunity page, where creatives can view and express their interest. - Connecting with Creative Professionals
Some customers or organisations prefer to browse profiles of creative professionals, reaching out to them directly via the platform to submit requests for jobs or opportunities. - Purchasing Services or Products
Customers can also explore the Listings page or click on individual creative professionals to purchase their services or products directly via the platform.
Types of Opportunities and Jobs You Can Post
- ‘Internal Opportunities’ for creative professionals registered on the platform
Examples:- Need a Web Designer.
- Looking for a Social Media Manager.
- Songwriter needed.
- Wedding Photographer Needed.
- Mural Artist Needed.
- ‘External Opportunities’ for our wider creative community (general jobs roles)
Examples:- School Art Teacher.
- Creative Marketing Manager.
- Junior Graphic Designer.
For ‘Internal Opportunities,’ once the work is completed, please ensure you mark it as ‘Complete’ in your account dashboard, using the ‘Complete’ button. This will allow our system to process the payment and issue it to the creative professional.
