How do I join the Creative Circle?
Please use the ‘Join the Creative Circle’ button on the website header (on mobile, use the + icon).
How do I add/list a service?
After registering as a user please visit your account dashboard to ‘List an Offering’ such as a service, product, or profile listing.
How do I post an opportunity or job?
Please use the ‘Post an Opportunity’ submenu or button on the Homepage for both Internal and External Opportunities.
Who do we define as a professional on our platform?
A person who applies specialised knowledge, skills and expertise in their field, typically in exchange for payment.
What is Oppty?
Oppty is short for “opportunity” and we sometimes use it as an abbreviation.
What are Internal and External Opportunities?
Internal opportunities refer to work exclusively available to creative professionals who have registered on the platform while external opportunities are open to our wider creative community, including both registered and non-registered users.
Common issues
I don't see my profile after registering as a creative
To have your profile recognised as a creative, add a service, product, or profile listing to your account. Once added, your profile will be set as a creative profile.
The 'Forgot Password' option doesn't work when signing in
If you’re having trouble resetting your password, please email us at creativecircle@theshapes.uk for assistance.
I don't have a service or product to add/list
If you have no service or product to offer, you can create a profile listing, with a clear title and no price included
I don't have a location to set or add
Yes, you can set your location as “Remote” by entering “Remote” in the location field if you prefer not to add a town or city to your profile. However, we recommend that creatives set an actual location, as it helps customers and clients find services in specific areas.
